I’m driving a 2023 model, and I keep seeing the current software version details but haven’t had much luck finding any clear info on how to update it. Anyone here updated the head unit on their Suzuki Swift?

Does Suzuki release updates for this, or is there a way to download new firmware manually? I’ve tried looking around a bit (even checked XDA), but no solid answers yet. I kinda wanna tackle this over the next few weeks. Does it take time?

You should talk to your local dealer. They'll know the best way to update your car's software.

I’ve encountered this with my car too. Suzuki usually releases updates through the dealer, but some models support manual downloads via USB. It can take some time, so be ready for a wait.

I haven’t updated my Swift’s head unit, but updates usualy come OTA or via USB. Check your car's settings for an "Updates" section to see if there's one available. If it’s OTA, you’ll likely get a notification. Otherwise, Suzuki might have firmware on their site or through the dealer. It’s always worth confirmng with them first.
