What is the normal idle speed for a ZC32 Swift Sport

Does anyone know the normal idle speed for a ZC32 Swift Sport? I’ve read it should be around 800rpm, but I’ve also heard Suzuki might’ve lowered it to dodge a start-stop system. I recently picked up a low-mileage, one-owner ZC32 with just 35k miles, but the idle speed’s stuck below 600rpm. It’s making the engine feel like it’s barely awake, and there's no power below 2000rpm. I swapped out the usual cracked intake vacuum elbow, but no luck. Once it hits 2k, though, it’s a beast! Any advice or magic fixes would be appreciated
