Incline jerking and power loss

My suzuki swift been acting up big time it jerks and loses power going uphill. Turns out, the injector seal grommet (the one on top of the injector chamber) is cracked and ripped. Weird thing is, when I spray brake cleaner around it to check for leaks, the engine almost stalls every time it touches the grommet. Could this messed-up grommet be causing a vacuum leak? Is that what's making my car lose power and jerk going uphill?

Yep that cracked grommet is likely causing a vacuum leak then messing with the air-fuel ratio and leading to power loss under load. Replace it ASAP before it affects fuel trims even more.
