My Suzuki Swift (K14B) has a leaky AC. Water's dripping into the passenger footwell. The drain's not blocked; the pipe's just broken off the heater box. Has anyone else had this happen? Think some super glue or Pratley Putty would fix it? Seems like a dumb design, that pipe could easily get kicked and broken.

You could go for a temporary fix, but it is better if you would replace the damaged drain pipe. Btw, that is not case isolated. I have a friend who had to deal with the same thing a few years ago.

if there’s enough surface area, epoxy or Pratley Putty might work. Otherwise, a replacement pipe or clamp could be better. Anyone fixed this?

It happened to me, too. I had to replace the pipe. Found one at a junkyard and I installed it myself. Took about an hour with common tools, though, the clamps holding it in place are the tricky part.

Any updates? Did you get it fixed, or is the drip still giving you trouble?

This is common with the swift and it is the weakest point of the cars design. You can try easy fixes like super glue or a plastic welding but if you are looking for a reliable solution then have the entire heater box replaced.
