    Torquing that valve cover is important you don't want any leaks or damage. Those diagrams can be hard to find but for your engine go from the middle bolts outwards in a crisscross pattern. Torque should be around 7-10 ft-lbs, but check your manual if you have it. If not try a Suzuki or classic...

    90's Swift

    That oxygen sensor can be a pain to find. It'll be on your exhaust either the manifold or downpipe, before the cat. It's a small round thing with wires, screwed right into the pipe. Expect it to be dirty! Use a flashlight maybe a mirror to find it, especially if it's hidden. Good luck with the swap!

    Did it happen after you recharge a dead battery? Is the light blinking or is it just solid? If those other suggestions didn't work, you're probably better off calling a mechanic.

    I agree with @Stargazer$80 That sound is definitely not good unless your car's about to be wheeled into the operating room. Just kidding ;). Did you ever get it fixed? Any idea what was making it cough like that?

    AC only blows from dash vents

    My suzuki swift;s a/c is totally messed up! It's blowing great from the dash vents, but nothing's coming out of the floor or defrost vents. The controls look like they're changing, but it's all dash vents, all the time. And get this even when I try to turn on the heat, it's still just cold air...
