Hello everyone.
I had to replace the spark plugs, valve cover gasket, filters, and throttle body on my car. After that, the car starts and idles fine in park (around 800 rpm). However, in drive, the revs drop to around 400-500 rpm, and it vibrates. When the AC is on, the revs go up to 800 rpm.
There are no codes or check engine light. Is this normal, or could something still be wrong?

That low idle in drive, how the AC fixes it is definitely a problem. It's likely your idle control system is messed up when the engine's loaded. Since you touched the throttle body it might need a good cleaning and a reset even if it looks clean. check all those vacuum hoses especially near the throttle body for leaks. Even with no codes a scan tool that shows live data could find issues with your idle air or mass airflow sensors. It's probably just a messed-up idle control thing.
