My rear-wheel drive motor is giving me an annoying shudder. I'm a little perplexed, but I've heard that changing the oil and transmission filter might help. According to some, switching the filter may actually make matters worse. Has anyone attempted this solution? Did you find it effective?

Yes, I serviced my transmission, changed the fluid and filter and the shudder is completely gone! It feels like a new car!

I’ve heard mixed reviews about changing the oil and transmission filter. Some say it helps, but others warn it can worsen the issue. It’s worth checking with a mechanic.
