Car issues whenever it is stopped

Hello everyone. I have a problem with my suzuki (2009) that occurs only when I drive it in traffic and reach a normal temperature. If I stop, the idle starts to pulsate around 2000 RPM, then settles high there. It gets to normal once I start driving the car. This repeats whenever I stop the car. The weird part is I don't get any codes. What could be the cause?
 
Make sure to give the IAC circuit and the coolant lines in the throttle body a good once-over to make sure they’re not clogged up. A few weeks ago, my Swift started idling erratically, and turns out a blocked coolant line was the culprit!
